CAROLYN GATRELL
Carolyn Gatrell, 23-year-old resident of Phoenix, Ariz, former Siloam Springs resident, was killed in a three car accident, six miles west of McLean, Tex, Saturday, May 10.
Mrs Gatrell was returning to Phoenix from visiting her family here in Siloam Springs.
Born Nov 5, 1956 in Springdale, Ark, she was a secretary and a resident of Phoenix for the past three years. She was a member of the North Phoenix Bapitst Church and a former member of the Harvard Avenue Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son, Jason, who was injured in the accident; her father, William Roy Garrett of Bentonville, Ark; her mother, Delores (sic) Garrett of Siloam Springs; two brothers, Bob and Terry Garrett, both of Siloam Springs; two sisters, Lisa Garrett of Tulsa, Okla, and Susan Garrett of Siloam Springs; paternal grandparents, Mr and Mrs Ray Garrett of Siloam Springs; and maternal grandmother, Mrs Opal Huffman of Siloam Springs.
Funeral services were held at 10 am Wednesday, May 14, at the Harvard Avenue Baptist Church with the Rev Ray Kempel officiating. Burial was in the Allen
