Alfred James LeClaire was the son of Frank and Ida Rhodd LeClaire. In the 1920's and early 1930's he and his family were listed as living on the Pottawatomie Reservation of the Shawnee Indian Agency. Alfred was one of eleven children.
During World War II, Alfred served our country in the US Marine Corps.
Lucille Frank, the daughter of Tingo and Amanda Jones Frank from Arbeka Town of Seminole County was Alfred's sweetheart. They were married and became the parents of two daughters.
At the time of his death, Alfred and Lucille were living in Bristow, Oklahoma. He was buried in the Frank/Davis Cemetery in Seminole County.
