Timothy Wayne Weatherford was southbound on 80,000 Road eight miles north of Sobol in Honobia Creek Wildlife Management Area in Pushmataha County, the patrol said.
He skidded off a bend in the roadway and rolled his vehicle, the patrol said.
He was thrown from the vehicle and hit an embankment. The medical examiner pronounced Weatherford dead at the scene, the patrol said.

Timothie Wayne Weatherford, 32, of Hugo, Okla., died Friday, Sept. 3, 2004.
Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 8, at First Baptist Church in Hugo, with the Rev. Doug McClure and the Rev. Bob Thornburgh officiating. Interment follows in Mount Olivet Cemetery under the direction of Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home.
The family receives friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
