The People Of The Town OF Frisco Met December 1889 For The Purpose Of Organizing A Cemetery Association, According To the Records Filed In
The EL Reno Court House One Acre OF Land Was Given By Ansel Cooper And His Wife October 19, 1896. There Were 30 Lots Used For Burial Prior To This Date. On October 19, 1896 Ansel Cooper Sold Section 25-13-6 With The Exception Of The 30 Lots, To Richard B Griffin And Wife On August 24, 1897. Richard B Griffin Deeded 2 Acres With The Exception
Of The 30 Lots To The Frisco Cemetery On March 14, 1900. An Acre Was Deeded By James Smith And Wife October 11, 1911. Richard B Griffin Ans Wife Gave 1/2 Acre For A Church Building To Be Erected On It Was Stipulated That It Was To Be Used By The Baptist, Methodist, Presbyterian and Christian Denominations. Any Others Must Obtain Consent Of Trustees.
May 8, 1925 1.5 Acres Were Acquired From J M Walker and Wife. This Made A Total Of 5 Acres In The Cemetery Plot. In 1973 The Board Found
It Necessary To Acquire More Land. 8.4 Acres From F D Teacer And 2.1 Acres From N J Kruger And Et Al
